Every HellouOne account has a referral link. Whoever signs up through it is attributed to you, and when that account buys a paid plan you receive credit on your balance every month for a year.
Your link
Settings → Referrals shows your link with your code. Share it anywhere; you can also give just the code for the person to type at sign-up.
How it is earned
- The referred account signs up with your link.
- When it buys a paid plan it starts generating credit: a percentage of its plan's price, every month, for as long as it keeps paying, for twelve months.
- If it stops paying and comes back, it resumes where it was; unpaid months are not recovered.
Your numbers
- Sign-ups: how many accounts arrived through your link.
- Paying: how many have a paid plan today.
- Credit applied: what is already on your balance.
- Credit pending: earned but not yet applied. It is applied once your account has an active billing customer, that is, once you have bought a plan too.
Accounts you referred lists each one with its status.
Good to know
- Credit goes to your HellouOne balance; it is not paid out in cash.
- Referring yourself or creating accounts to collect credit voids the programme for that account.
